Scope of Services
- The Company provides IT staffing services, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
- We match candidates with clients based on skill requirements and job specifications.
- The Client agrees to provide accurate job descriptions and business requirements.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client must ensure a professional and compliant work environment for placed candidates.
- Any direct hiring of our candidates outside our staffing agreement requires prior written consent and may be subject to a placement fee.
- The Client must adhere to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Candidates must provide accurate resumes, certifications, and professional details.
- Misrepresentation of skills or experience may result in termination of the recruitment process.
- Candidates must comply with the Client’s policies and workplace regulations.
Fees and Payments
- Clients agree to pay recruitment fees as per the signed agreement.

- Fees for services already rendered remain payable upon termination.
